Start from the day service centre model (free sign-up; running a simulation is Pro). A day service centre’s baths run on into the afternoon when the tub, the changing room or the carers run short. In this article, in the members’ day service centre (one tub, one changing room), your AI simulates a day of baths. It ran the same tools an AI calls over MCP. Every figure and number below comes from that run.
1. The centre and the baths
check_space finds nothing. Your AI writes the day as a scenario (put_process_scenario).
- At 10:00 those bathing that day wait in the dining room for their turn.
- With a place in the changing room (two at most: one undressing, another dressing) and a carer (two for those who need more help), a user undresses (3 to 8 minutes, most often 5).
- The user bathes in the tub (8 to 18 minutes, 12), dresses in the changing room (5 to 12 minutes, 8) and goes back to the dining room, the carers with them until then.
- Lunch does not stop the baths. Every time and share is an assumption, to swap for your own.
2. The bathers and the carers
Your AI sweeps the bathers (10, 15, 20) and the carers (2, 3) with sweep_process_parameters, 20 runs each (20 % need two carers). The waits for a turn and for the carers are over every user.
| Bathers | Carers | The last bath ends | Wait for a turn | Wait for the carers |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 10 | 2 | 13:11 | 73.5 min | 7.4 min |
| 10 | 3 | 12:34 | 60.9 min | 0.4 min |
| 15 | 2 | 14:43 | 119.1 min | 7.6 min |
| 15 | 3 | 13:47 | 96.9 min | 0.5 min |
| 20 | 2 | 16:10 | 164.3 min | 7.4 min |
| 20 | 3 | 14:57 | 132.8 min | 0.5 min |
- With two carers and 15 bathers, the last bath ends at 14:43; with three, at 13:47.
- Even with 10, two carers take until 13:11.
3. The share who need two carers
With 15 bathers, your AI changes the share who need two carers (0, 20, 40 %) and the carers (2, 3).
| Needing two carers | Carers | The last bath ends | Wait for a turn | Wait for the carers |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 0 % | 2 | 13:42 | 95.4 min | 0.0 min |
| 0 % | 3 | 13:42 | 95.4 min | 0.0 min |
| 20 % | 2 | 14:43 | 119.1 min | 7.6 min |
| 20 % | 3 | 13:47 | 96.9 min | 0.5 min |
| 40 % | 2 | 15:33 | 135.6 min | 14.4 min |
| 40 % | 3 | 14:12 | 105.5 min | 3.1 min |
- With nobody needing two carers, a third carer leaves the end at 13:42: the tub and the changing room are full first.
- With 40 % needing two carers, two carers take until 15:33 and three until 14:12.
4. Using the check
- Draw your centre (from a PDF drawing or photos as well), and tell your AI the bathers, the times to undress, bathe and dress, the share who need two carers, and the carers.
- Not checked: machine baths, single and large baths, how the order of baths is set, lunch and the transport, and cleaning the bath and changing the water.
