What you can do in Laydyne
From one drawing, a few photos or a brief, Laydyne carries the same model through 2D and 3D, changes by the AI you already use, layout comparison, simulation of people, goods and robots, and the plans, quantities and reports you hand over. Each page says how it works, what the published records produced with it, and what it does not do.
Build a 2D plan and a 3D model from a drawing, photos or a brief
Laydyne turns a dimensioned floor plan, a set of photos or a written brief into one editable model that you see as a 2D plan and a 3D view, with every wall, fixture and door as a part with its own id.
How it works, what it produced, what it does not doChange the model with the AI you already use
Connect ChatGPT, Claude, Codex, Claude Code or any MCP client to the Studio tab you have open: it reads the model, makes partial changes that keep every other part and its id, and you watch each change live, undo it, and reopen the saved project later.
How it works, what it produced, what it does not doPut two layouts in the same view and read the difference in numbers
Layout options live in one project as saved layouts; Laydyne shows two of them from the same viewpoint, lists what was added, removed or moved, and sets their floor area, zones, desks and seats side by side with the difference.
How it works, what it produced, what it does not doSimulate how people, goods and robots move and wait
On the same model, Laydyne runs arrivals, work steps, staff, robots, lifts and queues as a deterministic process simulation, repeats it over paired seeds, and reports waits, throughput and utilisation for each layout or staffing option under the same conditions.
How it works, what it produced, what it does not doIssue A3 plans, quantity sheets and a PDF report from the saved version
From the layout you saved, Laydyne issues scaled plans with dimensions and furniture references, quantity sheets with part ids and dimensions, and a searchable PDF report whose version in the title block matches the model.
How it works, what it produced, what it does not doKeep the project as a file you own, and hand the model on
The editable source is one versioned JSON file with a public schema; from it Laydyne writes a GLB of the model and materials, PNG and SVG drawings, 3D images and HTML or PDF reports, and the browser keeps named copies, with cloud copies on Pro and Max.
How it works, what it produced, what it does not doWhat is free, and what Pro and Max add
Building and editing the model with your own AI over MCP, route checks, saving in this browser and JSON import and export are free, with no count limit; a free account is needed only to create an MCP link (3 per account). Running simulations, the built-in AI and cloud saving need Pro ($29 a month or $278.40 a year) or Max ($89 a month or $854.40 a year). Prices are in US dollars before tax; your AI provider bills its own usage separately.
