What is free, and what Pro and Max add

Building and editing the model with your own AI over MCP, route checks, saving in this browser and JSON import and export are free, with no count limit; a free account is needed only to create an MCP link (3 per account). Running simulations, the built-in AI and cloud saving need Pro ($29 a month or $278.40 a year) or Max ($89 a month or $854.40 a year). Prices are in US dollars before tax; your AI provider bills its own usage separately.

How to use it

  1. Without an account: open Studio, the examples and the office comparison, edit by hand, save in this browser and import or export JSON.
  2. With a free account: create an MCP link (3 per account) and let your AI build, edit, check, draw and export; this free range has no count limit.
  3. Pro, $29 a month or $278.40 a year: simulation runs from Studio or MCP, the built-in AI with 1,000 model calls a month, and 20 cloud projects of up to 10 MiB each.
  4. Max, $89 a month or $854.40 a year: the same features with 5,000 model calls a month, 100 cloud projects (1 GiB in total) and 10 MCP links.
  5. Open Account after signing in. It shows the plan you are on and opens the Stripe billing portal for upgrades, downgrades and cancellation. Access continues to the end of the period already paid for.

What the published records produced

The published records were made with these tools: the shop, the office layouts and the drawings with the free modelling, checking and drawing tools over MCP, and their comparisons with simulation runs on a Pro account.

These recorded projects use synthetic inputs. Photos and drawings show what was produced; site accuracy, business effects and photorealistic reconstruction are not established.

What it does not do

  • No. Laydyne does not charge for the MCP connection or for the edits, checks and exports your agent makes. Your AI provider bills its own usage under its own terms; that cost depends on the model and on how much your agent reads and writes.
