For furniture dealers who write proposals
You propose furniture for a customer’s floor and need the proposal to carry a plan the customer can read, a quantity list with every desk, chair and storage unit, and a revised set when they ask for a change.
What Laydyne does for it
Place desks, meeting tables, storage and booths on the customer’s floor as a 2D plan and a 3D model the customer can look round, each piece a part with its own id and dimensions.
Read the feature page: Build a 2D plan and a 3D model from a drawing, photos or a briefChange the proposal with the AI you already use: swap two desk clusters for four phone booths and a six-seat focus library, keep every other part in place, and undo if the customer changes their mind.
Read the feature page: Change the model with the AI you already useShow the customer two furniture layouts from the same viewpoint with desks and seats counted side by side, and list what was added, removed or moved.
Read the feature page: Put two layouts in the same view and read the difference in numbersAttach quantity sheets with part ids and dimensions, an A3 plan with furniture references and a searchable PDF report to the proposal, all from the layout the customer saw.

What the published records produced
The fictional six-layout office keeps 80 workstations and two meeting rooms with 14 meeting seats in A. B adds four phone booths and six focus seats. D, E and F show private studios, a 36-seat client forum and window-side desks, each with A3 plans and quantities. The separate R02 office handover includes four quantity sheets with part ids and dimensions.
- One office, six layouts
- Window work + commons: plans (PDF)
- Office with six layouts, editable project (JSON)
- R02 plan and quantity sheets (PDF)
- Editable project with A, B and R02 (JSON)
These recorded projects use synthetic inputs. Photos and drawings show what was produced; site accuracy, business effects and photorealistic reconstruction are not established.
What it does not do
- The attendance, meeting and call patterns are synthetic. People walk circular routes without avoiding each other, meeting attendees do not reserve rooms, and the geometry checks do not establish fire or accessibility compliance. Furniture counts are drawn parts, not procurement quantities or prices. A different office needs its own inputs and its own comparison.
- A seating row or a bench is one part, not its capacity, so the seat figure is a part count, not a headcount; the model records no room type, so meeting rooms and offices are not told apart in the table.
- GLB carries the model and materials. Keep the project JSON for recipes, references, processes, comparisons and history.
Price
Building and editing the model with your own AI over MCP, route checks, saving in this browser and JSON import and export are free, with no count limit; a free account is needed only to create an MCP link (3 per account).
